At Equineop by Sidekick Homes LLC, we provide safe, simple, and transparent payment options for every order. This page explains accepted payment methods, how transactions are processed, and important billing details.

1. Supported Payment Methods

Stripe (Card Payments)

We currently accept payments through Stripe, supporting:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

Stripe processes all card information on its secure platform.
We do not store your full card number (PAN) or CVV on our systems.

Currency: All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any FX fees depend on your bank or card issuer.

2. Pricing & Fees

  • Total charge = Product price + Flat shipping fee ($6.50)

  • Sales Tax: $0 (no sales tax is charged on products or shipping).

  • No hidden fees: The amount shown at checkout is the final amount billed.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are protected with SSL/TLS encryption.

  • Stripe complies with PCI-DSS security standards.

  • We never store full card details.

  • Additional verification (3D Secure, OTP, etc.) may be required to prevent fraud.

4. Processing & Settlement

  • Orders begin processing only after payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Some transactions may undergo automated or manual fraud review, which can delay processing.

  • A temporary pre-authorization may appear on your bank statement; the final charge is captured when your order enters fulfillment.

5. Invoices & Billing Descriptor

  • A digital receipt/invoice is emailed to you after successful payment.

  • On your card statement, the charge may appear as “Sidekick Homes LLC” or a shortened equivalent depending on your bank.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds follow our Return & Money-Back Policy (28-day window).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take up to 4 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you encounter a billing issue, please contact us first.
Chargeback filings pause order processing and customer support related to that transaction until your bank completes its review.

We reserve the right to decline future transactions associated with fraud or policy abuse.

8. Scope & Additional Conditions

  • Payments must be made in USD.

  • Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States only.

  • Installments/partial payments are not supported at this time.

  • For security purposes, we may request identity verification if billing details appear inconsistent (especially for high-value orders).
