At Equineop, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, our return and refund process is clear, fair, and easy to follow.
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within:
20 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In original condition with tags attached

In original packaging (for quality and resale standards)
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it regardless of the above conditions, provided that:

The defect/damage occurred before you received the item

No additional damage occurred after delivery
Personalized items and final-sale items may be excluded unless damaged/defective.
3. How to Start a Return

A brief description of the issue

Photos showing the item’s condition (required for defects/damage claims)
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved:

We will send you return instructions

When applicable, we may issue a prepaid return label

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it following our instructions
If rejected:

We will email you an explanation detailing why the return could not be approved.
⚠️ Do not ship any item back without approval — unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Defective or damaged products
Exchange items are processed as new orders after the original item is received and approved.
If there is a price difference or additional shipping cost, the customer may be charged accordingly.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refund processing typically completes within 5 business days

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post funds
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when required by law or when the return is due to our error (mis-ship, damaged item, etc.).
