  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays, store-closed days, and public holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT Time will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Confirmation Email: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with:

    • Order number

    • Items purchased & description

    • Shipping address

    • Shipping fee

    • Total payment


🚚 Shipping Timeframe

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 4–5 business days depending on your location and carrier performance.

  • Total Delivery Window: From order placement to delivery, expect 5–7 business days in most cases.

  • Possible Delays: Weather conditions, holidays, store-closure days, or carrier disruptions may cause delivery delays.

  • Flat Rate: $7.55 per order — applies to all locations and states within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Taxes: 0% sales tax on products and shipping, in compliance with U.S. tax law.

  • No Hidden Fees: The amount you see at checkout is the total you pay.

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii).
We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

⚠️ Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a $7.55 reshipping fee will apply.
